Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rnvate.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by RNVATE, a digital transformation consultancy that currently operates as a brand of Digital Advertising LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. A dedicated entity, RNVATE LLC, is in the process of being registered; once active, these Terms will be updated. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The short version. The Site is our marketing and contact channel. Using it doesn't create a binding services contract; those are signed separately. The content on the Site is ours; you can read and share it, but please don't republish or copy it without asking. We do our best, but we provide the Site as-is.

1. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to rnvate.com and any related sub-pages we publish under that domain. They do not govern engagements between RNVATE and our clients. Every paid engagement is governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). If anything in those documents conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

2. Who we are

RNVATE is a digital transformation consultancy currently operated as a brand of Digital Advertising LLC (Illinois, USA). It was co-founded by Nadeem Alqerem (CEO) and Rawan Zhd (Co-founder & CTO). We serve clients primarily based in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Our primary contact details are published on the Site footer and in our Privacy Policy. 3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to:

Read about our services, case studies, and approach.
Contact us with inquiries.
Share links to our content on social media or in good-faith editorial coverage.

You agree not to:

Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically download content from the Site beyond what a reasonable single visit requires.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or our hosting infrastructure.
Interfere with the Site's operation (load attacks, denial of service, malicious code).
Use the Site or any content we publish to train AI models, build derivative datasets, or create competing offerings, without our prior written permission.
Reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Misrepresent yourself, your company, or the nature of your inquiry when using our contact channels.

4. Intellectual property

All content on rnvate.com (text, copy, design, code, images, brand marks, logos, and the look and feel of the Site) is owned by RNVATE or licensed to us. The trademarks "RNVATE" and the mint accent palette are ours. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights to you.

You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution for editorial or commentary purposes. Anything beyond that requires written permission.

5. Inquiries and proposals are not contracts

Submitting our contact form, completing our client intake brief, or having a discovery call does not create a binding contract or oblige either party to proceed. A paid engagement only begins once both parties have signed an MSA or SOW and the agreed deposit (if any) has cleared.

Any pricing, scope, or timeline shared informally (via email, call, or website) is indicative only and supersedes only when written into a signed agreement.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services (for example, our Tally-hosted client brief, our LinkedIn profile, or partner products we recommend). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Using them is at your own discretion.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RNVATE, its operator Rawan Zhd, its contractors, and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities) even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD 100. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RNVATE and its operator from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law in connection with the Site.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless we mutually agree to resolve the matter by good-faith negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration first.

If you are based in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer-protection laws override this clause, your local laws apply to the extent required.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, the law, or the third parties we work with change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes that meaningfully affect your rights will be flagged on the Site or notified by email where we have one on file.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the Site.
