Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RNVATE ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you visit rnvate.com, contact us, or fill out our client intake brief. RNVATE is a digital transformation consultancy operating as a brand of Digital Advertising LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. A dedicated entity, RNVATE LLC, is in the process of being registered; once it is active, this policy will be updated to reflect the change. We currently serve clients primarily in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us any time at rawan.z@rnvate.com.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to rnvate.com and to the client intake brief we send to prospects (hosted on Tally). It doesn't cover the third-party sites we link to or the websites we build for our clients; those have their own policies.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form (rnvate.com). First name, last name, work email, company name, and the message you write.
- Client intake brief (Tally). Business details, contact information, project goals, brand preferences, budget range, decision-maker information: the answers to whatever sections of the brief you complete.
- Direct correspondence. Anything you choose to share in email, WhatsApp, or phone conversations with us.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs from our host (GitHub Pages). When your browser loads rnvate.com, GitHub records request metadata (IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamps) for abuse prevention and traffic measurement. We do not have access to these logs in raw form.
- Search Console aggregated data. Google Search Console shows us aggregated, anonymised search-query and click data for visitors who reached the site via Google. We can't identify individual visitors from this data.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, advertising cookies, or any cross-site tracking on rnvate.com.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and send you proposals, contracts, and project updates.
- To deliver the engagement you've hired us for.
- To maintain reasonable business records (invoices, signed agreements, project files).
- To improve our services based on patterns we see in inquiries.
- To comply with applicable law and respond to legal requests.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, behavioural advertising, or to train AI models.
4. Who we share information with
We share data only with the third-party services we need to operate. Each is listed below with its purpose:
| Service | What it does | Where it's based |
|---|---|---|
| FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) | Routes contact-form submissions from rnvate.com into our email inbox. | United States |
| Tally (tally.so) | Hosts and stores the client intake brief responses you submit. | European Union (Belgium) |
| Google Workspace / Gmail | Receives inquiry notifications and stores ongoing client correspondence. | United States |
| Google Search Console | Provides aggregated search-traffic insights for the site. | United States |
| GitHub Pages | Hosts the static rnvate.com website. | United States |
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We may share information if compelled to by law (for example, in response to a court order or government request) and only to the extent legally required.
5. Where your information is stored
Your data lives wherever the third-party processors above store it. Because some of these are based in the United States and others in the European Union, your information may be transferred across borders. We rely on the contractual safeguards each provider publishes (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EU-to-US transfers) to keep these transfers lawful.
6. How long we keep your information
- Contact form messages: kept in our email inbox for as long as the inquiry remains active and for up to 24 months thereafter, so we can pick up conversations that go quiet.
- Client brief responses: kept in our Tally account for the duration of any resulting engagement and for up to 24 months after the engagement closes.
- Signed contracts, invoices, project files: retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements applicable in our operating jurisdictions.
- Inquiries that don't progress to a project: deleted on request, or otherwise pruned every 24 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights under privacy laws such as the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar regimes:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix anything that's wrong or out of date.
- Deletion: request that we erase your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Restriction or objection: limit how we use your data, or ask us to stop certain uses.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent: if we relied on your consent to process information, you can withdraw it at any time.
- Complaint: lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
To exercise any of these rights, email rawan.z@rnvate.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We won't charge you for reasonable requests and won't discriminate against you for making one.
8. Cookies and tracking
We don't set tracking cookies or run analytics on rnvate.com. Some of the third-party services above (FormSubmit, Tally on its own domain) may set their own cookies on their own infrastructure when their content loads. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
9. Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the site and all third-party services we use, access controls and two-factor authentication on the accounts where your data is stored, and the principle of least access internally. No system is ever fully secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
10. Children
Rnvate.com is intended for business audiences. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please email us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the law changes, when we add or remove third-party services, or when we improve how we explain something. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version, and we'll keep a changelog of substantive revisions on request. Material changes affecting your rights will be notified by email where we have one on file for you.
