Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used when you visit rnvate.com and the related properties operated by RNVATE, currently a brand of Digital Advertising LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. It complements our Privacy Policy.

The short version. RNVATE does not set any cookies on rnvate.com. We don't run analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. A handful of third-party services we use to deliver the Site (form processing) may set their own cookies on their own domains. We don't display a cookie banner because we don't set non-essential cookies of our own, but if you'd like to block third-party cookies entirely, your browser's privacy settings can do it.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store on your device so the site can remember things about your visit. Cookies can be set by the site you're visiting ("first-party") or by other services the site loads ("third-party"). Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.

2. Cookies RNVATE sets

None. The rnvate.com website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We don't operate a backend, a session system, or a tracking layer. We don't set first-party cookies, run analytics, or use advertising pixels of any kind.

3. Third-party cookies and storage

Some of the third-party services that make rnvate.com work may set cookies or use local storage on their own domains when you load them. These are the only ones currently in use:

Fonts (self-hosted)	The typography used on the Site (Inter, Space Grotesk) is served directly from rnvate.com. We do not load fonts from Google Fonts or any third-party font CDN.	No third-party request and no cookies. Font files are delivered from our own host alongside the rest of the page.
FormSubmit (formsubmit.co)	Receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our email.	Cookies are only set if you actually submit a form, on the formsubmit.co domain. See their privacy policy for specifics.
Tally (tally.so)	Hosts our client intake brief. Loaded only if you open the brief link.	Tally sets functional cookies and uses your browser's local storage to save your in-progress brief on your device (so you can come back and finish). See Tally's privacy documentation for the full list.
GitHub Pages	Hosts the Site itself.	GitHub may log server-side request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for hosting operations; no cookies are set in your browser by GitHub for static-page delivery.

If we add any tracking, analytics, or advertising service in the future, we will update this policy first and add a cookie banner if required.

4. Browser local storage

We do not use your browser's local storage on rnvate.com. The Tally-hosted client brief does use local storage on the tally.so domain to remember your in-progress responses, so you can pick up where you left off. That data stays on your device and is only sent to Tally (and us) when you click submit.

5. Server logs

Our host (GitHub Pages) records standard request metadata for every page load (IP address, browser type, referring URL, timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and basic traffic measurement. These are server-side logs, not cookies, and we don't have access to them in raw form. See GitHub's privacy notice for retention details.

6. How to control cookies

Because we don't set cookies, there's nothing on our side to opt out of. To control third-party cookies that other services may set, you have several options:

Browser settings. Every major browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, Edge) lets you block all third-party cookies, clear cookies on close, or set per-site rules.
Privacy extensions. uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, and similar add-ons block known trackers and unnecessary requests by default.
"Do Not Track" / "Global Privacy Control". We respect these signals where applicable and don't add any tracking that would defy them.
Don't submit the forms. If you don't open Tally or submit the contact form, those third-party services don't load anything in your browser.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy whenever we add a tool that uses cookies or change a third party we already rely on. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
